I prepped and froze a bunch of smash burger patties last week so we’ll be having burgers at some point. I like bacon and blue cheese on mine. Might do some tater tots on the side.

    I made a bacon-blue cheese potato salad for a work potluck. I’m also making some homemade sorrel pasta with pesto. Bigger project is to cure and cold smoke a side if salmon this weekend!
