Banned from telegram with no explanation.
I made a comment on one telegram channel about Ukraine. And almost immediately got permabanned from telegram.
Like wth. Why so heavy handed? They could have just banned me from the channel, why entire telegram?
Is there any recourse other than getting a new phone number?
Never even heard of someone getting perma’d on telegram so it was probably something against their TOS or OP isn’t telling the whole story.
Yeah. In my experience when people complain about being banned for “no reason” from a platform but don’t post the actual comment that got them banned, it’s because it would be blindingly obvious to everyone why they were banned if they actually posted it.
