The appeal of it (by my understanding, anyway) is that the content is more concise. It does it’s thing quickly, and thus allows either briefer sessions with it (elevator ride, waiting for your food, etc.) or a session the same length but with a larger variety of content. With an algorithm (which loops doesn’t currently have afaik) it also takes advantage of how your brain works in terms of dopamine being released.
