And I’m annoyed that liberals can’t seem to be bring themselves to accept that the blame for Harris losing the election does not fall on the electorate, it falls on the Harris campaign and the long established Democratic practice of putting the needs/want of oligarchs and foreign policy hawks before the needs/wants of their own citizens.
And what are the chances that the Democrats have learned their lesson and will pivot to a more progressive candidate for the next election cycle? It seems more like a Zoolander situation - they just can’t turn to the left.

Exactly zero. The rich people in the DNC benefit just as much from the conservative agenda as any other rich asshole. Not being in power is completely irrelevant to their interests, as far as I can tell.
Unless and until Donnie makes good on his threats to imprison/murder his political opponents, none of them will give a single fuck that leftist didn’t want to vote for them because they weren’t left enough.
I think people just want a president who doesn’t materially support genocide. If that is too high a bar, then your country deserves what it gets.
So they’d rather have a president who would support a genocide even more. Seems like a great decision.
