I did a WHOIS on the domain out of boredom, https://ca.godaddy.com/whois/results.aspx?itc=dlp_domain_whois&domain=kbin.social

But noticed this:

So even though the site is still down, somebody with access to the domain registrar is renewing the domain for it, and did so just recently.
