Stop stress eating & go exercise! Start organizating locally, build mutual support with like minded people. Build resilience & don’t give in, our strength is with in our selves not the political class, not the state, not the corporate elites, our selves. Act like it.

    Also listen to your friends that are really stressed out now, give care and hugs to those of your (chosen) family that are scared and dont bottle up your own emotions. Its valid to feel scared, hopeless, stressed, angry etc. Give your emotions some space too.
