Summary

The judge in Donald Trump’s federal election interference case has paused proceedings, allowing special counsel Jack Smith until December 2 to determine how to proceed, likely the first step in ending the prosecution.

Following Trump’s election victory, the DOJ, which traditionally avoids prosecuting sitting presidents, is considering dropping this and a separate classified documents case.

Meanwhile, Trump faces ongoing state-level charges in New York and Georgia, though these cases may be delayed during his presidency.

Civil cases against Trump, including ones brought by New York AG Letitia James and E. Jean Carroll, will continue.

The thing that makes him a shit AG is actually what would have probably made him a decent SCOTUS justice. He’s measured and frightened to show any emotion in his work. He’s also SLOW AS FUCK. These would make him a decent moderate justice for something rising to the level of SCOTUS.

Not death… him and at least or one other justice will now willingly “early” retire to sacrifice their seat to a very young and very fucking stupid trump cultist who will sit in that lifetime appointment for the next 40-50 years.

This isn’t just you and I, if there’s still a country at that point, your great, great grandkids will feel the repercussions of this moment.
