Has anyone tried this - or any aspect of it?

They also claim that this form of awakening can be learned.”

P.S. Not 100% sure whether Sam Harris is a “Trustworthy, scientific person” or not. :)

    I’ve been using the app daily for the last 7 months or so and can say it has definitely changed my life for the better.

    I keep a consistent mediation practice now because of it.
