I’m not against the principle of higher taxes if it was going to make society a better place for all of us but this shit makes my blood boil.
With this sum you could have bought nearly 5,000,000 single chamber bat boxes, enough to fix one on 1/6 dwellings in the UK with enough room to house up to 100 bats in each (I couldn’t find a source but I’d be surprised to find that there are more than 500 million bats in the UK). Who the fuck is signing this shit off?
