    The military has two forms of reporting cases restricted and unrestricted. People usually pick restricted so they don’t have to deal with others attacking or shaming them. It allows the predator to continue their shit.

    Had a guy at our station rape a sailor. They filed a restricted report and never pointed the guy out. He transferred to Japan and you guessed it. Raped and left for dead a local. He got 8 years in jail and then it came out he raped someone before.
