I’d say, just go in to any nursing home, and say you want to adopt s grandma. They propably assing you multiple ones; unfortunately in msny cseses there are loads of elderly people who don’t get visited by anyone, so they are very happy to have “volunteer visitors”.
Jokes aside, excellent advice. Nursing homes are full of highly intelligent and fun people that would love visitors. Just remember some are pretty ornery, too.
