    It must be very hard for these investigators knowing that Trump may be throwing away all their efforts by pardoning these terrorists in the very near future.

      As long as it’s on the record we can find out before say, hiring or dating these people. Also if they commit further crimes these ones are still on the record, they aren’t declared innocent by pardons so perhaps a judge will not treat them as first-time offenders when it comes to bond hearings or sentencing.
