People say they care about climate change but don’t vote to help mitigate it. People say they want the rich to pay more in taxes but they don’t vote to implement it. People say they support queer rights but they don’t vote to protect them. People say they support abortion rights but they don’t vote to protect them federally. People say they want social security to have payments increased but they don’t vote for people that want to do that. People say they want to lower medication costs but they don’t vote for people that are actively doing it. People say they want a path to citizenship for undocumented immigrants but they don’t vote to provide it. People say they support weed legalization but they don’t vote for someone who wants to do that federally. People say they want lower grocery store prices but they don’t vote for the person who would help break up the megacorporations driving up prices or who is also talking about punishing price gouging. People say they want help with housing costs but don’t vote for the person who wants to put limits on rent increases and punish landlords who have been driving up the prices. People say they want net neutrality but they don’t vote for the person who would defend it. People say they want better broadband but they don’t vote for the person who could actually fight for it.

If People don’t vote for their beliefs or for the person closest to their beliefs who actually has a chance at winning and instead vote based on propaganda and against the very policies they claim to support then things will never get done and all that will happen is economic collapse and fascism.

All people had to do was vote for Harris. Was go out and do their civic duty for living in a society and vote for the person who would at least fight to implement or provide so many of the policies above.

100% agree! If they stayed home in protest, they stepped aside and allowed this to happen.
