From someone who isn’t familiar with ICBMs and their various payloads- what are we seeing here?
The reports I’ve seen have been that a single ICBM was used but clearly there are multiple flashes and apparent impacts in the video. I guess they were using some sort of cluster munition? Or is this sort of thing normal for ICBMs?
