Actually, I watched two episodes. Once I got past the cut-corners animation, bad character development, the writing and dialog was just the worst ever. I thought I would watch through all the episodes and then pass judgement, but I barely made it through the second episode when the thing hatched out of it’s cocoon, can barely speak, doesn’t know anything, and everyone is asking, “Are you an Ancient?” And in the middle of a fire-fight too. I had to turn it off at that point. I can’t believe I watched it.

Is it still cannon? It was made before Atlantis so it doesn’t make sense that a show in the future doesn’t know about what happened to the ancients.

It was never canon. It was outsource to a different production house, and the producers of SG-1 had nothing to do with it. The people that made it didn’t seem to have and understanding of the show at all, which is glaringly obvious when the Stargate makes a Zat-gun sound effect.

I made it through half of the season. One day I will finish it just to be a completionist.
