And muscle that is lost can be regained once you’re off of the drugs so for for the most part this seems to be a relatively minor inconvenience, however…

A decrease in muscle mass will also decrease your BMR. A decrease in your BMR can be permanent or semi-permanent, especially for people who have lost a lot of weight.
This could mean that even if the Ozempic can make you lose a lot of weight it can increase your risk of having a heart attack and also make it so that when you get off of it you might put the weight back on and then some.
But, full results are not in yet, that is just the current concern as I understand it.
