    It’s white phosphorus if I’m not wrong. Used for ‘spotting targets’ aka committing war crimes.

        It’s supposed to be used as a smokescreen, but it burns very hot so it’s occasionally used as a weapon in war crimes.

      Could also just be thermite which has a similar burning metal look
