Basically it has a list of sexual acts and you check off what you like, what you could do for the partner if they want you to, and what’s off limits. It only shows you things you both like / would maybe do, so no judgement. You can hotseat it on a single PC, or my preffered method, send them a link, they fill it out at the same time as you and you only get results when both of you finish.
Obviously it requires someone you trust completely so they don’t fill out something “just to check if you are a freak”, but that is something that breaks trust, so you probably wouldn’t want to have sex with someone untrustworthy.
