He didn’t reverse shit. His coup failed. Now he should go to prison where insurrectionists belong… unless you’re in the US anyway.

Why is it that almost everyone’s comment makes this about the USA in one way or another? And in general, why do people always try to make everything about that country.

You’d think they were the centre of the world, with the way people go on.

I mean, we’re in an English post, and the US is the 3rd most populated country in the world. Looking at Wikipedia, the next country after the US that has a majority of its citizens with English as a first language is the UK with about 1/3 of the population as the US. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_English-speaking_population

Not to mention, crazy things that happen to the US can affect other countries as well. Especially negative things would have an affect on other countries. The US is the country with the highest GDP in the world, and if we get a recession, with our globally connected world, others feel it as well. The reverse is also true but dependent on the countries relation to the US. China, being a high GDP country with strong trade and financial ties to the US could also cause huge problems to the US should it encounter a recession.

It’s probably just where the commenters live. It’s all too easy to see the world through the lens of your own experiences, for better or for worse.
