minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink2•2 years agoAs far as I’m aware that is correct. You could always make an account on lemmynsfw.com or on one that isn’t defederated. I believe lemmy.world and sh.itjust.works are still federated with lemmynsfw.
Your instance is defederated from lemmynsfw.com which is where like 90% of the porn communities are so it’s going to be a lot harder for you to find
