Why? There’s no reason to need to reboot. The only reason I can think of is a memory leak in the kernel, which I’ve never personally noticed. I still turn off my system when I don’t use it but my OS doesn’t decide to reboot before I can reach the off button because it decided to do an update.
Not just forcing tpm2, but also reboots. People that brag about not having to reboot are ignorant.
