I always wondered if you end up getting the reward. I bet there is some stupid rule that voids it.

I don’t live in the States so I thought $50k is a lot. But it seems to corroborate about what I read that vaguely stating “I am earning six figures” will not impress anyone anymore. This does show the growing inequality and worsening inflation in the US.
$50k is too good to pass up. But my conscience probably won’t sleep well for the rest of my life if I ratted the suspect.
Then it’s worth passing up.
