A law enforcement officer said a suspect had been identified by someone who spotted him in a McDonald’s in Altoona, in western Pennsylvania. The man was carrying a handwritten manifesto criticizing health care companies, law enforcement officials said.
Maybe he thought it would be handled exactly like every other murder.
