minus-square@BytemeisterlinkEnglish7•1 day agoI was part of a union. I got paid minum wage. My manager was the union rep. I had to work a role that I was literally allergic to. Despite this, I’m still pro-union. Just not that particular union.

minus-squareXIIIesqlink2•12 hours agoIn my union, reps have to be put up for vote every three years, and if even after that you still don’t like them, you have the option to go straight to your FTO.
