So you guys might remember my previous post about a Belgian Golden Strong Ale. That one was actually a “starter” for this one. What are your thoughts about it? I intend to fermet it with Belle Saison at 23+°c.

Hey, very new to the brewing game. What app is this? As someone who lives in belgium, I find the quad pretty difficult for microbreweries to get right. A dubbel is a bit more forgiving as far as getting the flavors balanced. I could just be talking out of my ass though as I am a beer drinker currently and not a brewer 😉 just what I have heard!

The app looks like the Brewfather web app. They have a free tier account with lots of functionalities.

Thanks for replying. This app is brewfather indeed, as someone has pointed out. It has a lot of features in the free vs, just a limit of 10 recipes stored simultaneously. About been a drinker not a brewer, this is a huge part of of brewing. One can not brew great beer without knowing how a great beer should taste. Unfortunately, those Belgian beers are really expensive where I live, I’ve had fine samples of those while traveling abroad only :/
