“violence” comes from “violation” which we can agree is the case when unethical insurance providers deny doctor-recommended treatment.

Denying healthcare is violence. Just because there’s layers of paper pushers in between the patient and the corporation denying care doesn’t change things.

Engels said it best:

When one individual inflicts bodily injury upon another such that death results, we call the deed manslaughter; when the assailant knew in advance that the injury would be fatal, we call his deed murder. Perspective can definitely change when one experiences needless suffering or death, or watches a loved one go through that
