Just to clarify, when you say fascists, do you mean liberals, or far right extremists (same PIcTURe). Because if it is the latter, then yes - the worst tankie is very slightly preferable to the best Nazi.

I mean far right extremists that actually exhibit all or most of the 14 characteristics of fascism , such as present day American Republicans.
Don’t get me wrong, I abhor neoliberalism too, but fascism is MUCH worse and conflating the two doesn’t help anyone or anything.
