I am serious. The German police arrested Jews in the name of antisemitism.

It does sound absurd, but it also happened in the US on college campuses

afaict the greatest threat of antisemitism in the past year has been police attacking Jews in the name of “preventing antisemitism”

From what I looked up right now people where arrested for use of signs of unconstitutional organizations, defamation, incitement to racial hatred, bodily harm and property damage.

I couldn’t find anything about Jews being arrested for being antisemitic so do you have some sources for me?

Well the problem is the police conflait anti Zionism with anti semitism. Same issue in the US.

Peacefully say that Israel is committing a genocide and should not exist because the Nakba, and they’ll (wrongly) say you’re spreading antisemitic hate speech and arrest you.

So you got no source then? For anything?

I don’t trust the news 100% but if I find dozens of articles on different sites saying one thing and almost nothing saying the other thing it’s obvious what I think to be more believable.

Also, both sides exaggerate their stories so nothing I haven’t seen with my own eyes is trustworthy to begin with.

You should stop believing you can seperate problems so black and white. There’s always more to it and the Middle Eastern stuff didn’t start yesterday but it’s been going on for centuries and is so muddy that even people whose job it is have a hard time understanding what is going on.

So my opinion is fuck the perpetrators on both sides and peace for the victims.
