      Not sure if you’re just referencing whatever this image is from but if you’re serious, the answer is alcohol and a sedentary lifestyle

        I meant the question literally. I know a lot of alcoholics, and none of them look like that. Is it from swollen organs?

          I realized I didn’t actually know so I just looked into it and apparently it’s a lot of things. But the gist of it is that alcohol abuse fucks up your intestines which leads to bloating. Also alcohol has a lot of calories
