The cockpit was designed so badly that the steering wheel or w/e actually hooked on the release trigger for the ejection seat, ejecting a pilot while still on the ground. Ahh, those Russians.
I thought about your comment more than I care to admit, but my conclusion is that in this case it is probably not likely because of the cost of the plane.
