Another game that brings back the Christmas memories and atmosphere for me is Diddy Kong Racing.
Not only did it release in late November, but it felt like it came out of nowhere as it got announced just a few months before release.

While most of the screenshots here don’t really show it, the perfect courses to play during these days are the Snowflake Mountain ones.
