minus-square@Bgugilink3•1 month agoKinda! At 10% ethanol (20 proof), you don’t get new growth. Up to around 50%, it kills salmonella slowly. So about 1 part 151 to 2 parts not and you’re golden.

I actually did type it backwards, but 25% abv would work.
