Both communism and socialism can have open markets, as well as feudalism and mercantilism. To answer the underlying question, fascism is the combination of state and corporate power, according to the father of fascism.

Open market has nothing to do with capitalism. Both communism and socialism can have open markets, as well as feudalism and mercantilism.
