minus-square@meeeeetchlinkEnglish5•1 year agoNot that lakes don’t get rough (just ask Gordon Lightfoot), but they tend to be a bit more limited. It looks like there are some larger (and as such probably more protective) islands nearby that they can evacuate to.

Not that lakes don’t get rough (just ask Gordon Lightfoot), but they tend to be a bit more limited.
