Technically this is the first time ever a DC shared universe has reset. If you count all the different Marvel universes prior to the MCU, they were reset quite often as well.
I assumed they were talking about the comics, which tend to reset the timeline every decade or so. This is contrasted with Marvel comic’s floating timeline, which hasn’t really reset all that much.
DC completely resets every 5-10 years.
If only I could reset my memories of those shit movies.
