Yeah, he is trying to use an emulator. I think I was able to get it to work with WinSTon for MacOS a while ago. I still have the folder with all the ALL demo songs :)
Looking back at where it all began we have come a long way. All sequencers and DAWs have come a long way. Now we have each track going thru tons of automations and inserts to do stuff at precise frequencies… routing tracks to all sorts of effects. Mastering. All unimaginable back then being a music enthusiast with only a synthesizer at home + “Happy Music”.
So that’s where Cubase comes from…
