    I will accept the downvotes but if you think youre getting away without ingesting mercury in your vegan diet…ehhhhh. Thats optimistic.

    Our modern food supply means you are ingesting heavy metals on the regular. As much as fish, definitely not. But don’t trick yourself into thinking its free from contamination.

      You’re right, I’m just mildly annoyed that there are people who are pescetarian for “health reasons” when fish has nothing that can’t be gained from vegan sources while also having more heavy metals than most other foods.
