Idk I guess it depends on who they is. I have family members that I believe still think rationally but that think this is a huge issue, and as far as I can tell it’s because they’re getting mislead on the percentages of cases where straight kids are getting abused and the severity – propaganda is very powerful.
Maybe I misstated; they don’t care whether there’s an actual case, let alone if this commonly happens, as long as they have something to rage at.
