In North Korea, hot dogs are illegal. Therefore, inciting North Koreans to cook and eat hot dogs is considered sedition under Dutch law. @[email protected]’s comment about delicious treason dogs is a joke and is unlikely to be seen by any North Koreans. But if it was accompanied by an intent to incite North Koreans to eat hot dogs, then the comment is illegal under the Dutch laws that govern lemmy.world.

        Condoning crimes =/= incitement. Dutch law is very specific in this.

              Drag understands the colloquial distinction, but since you said Dutch law was very specific, drag was hoping you could cite Dutch law. If you’re right, drag would like to have proof to show other people.
