Where the hell did the crew go? Did they just leave this shit to spill?! If so, that’s low… even for Putin.
There is currently no risk of spilling and the crew is still on the boat and doesn’t have to be evacuated.
Given their track record I wouldn’t say there is no risk of spilling.
