I thought this might be BS because it is definitely formatted to cause outrage. But there is currently a listing on Estately updated yesterday for the higher price but older references to it shows the lower price. It looks like they pulled all the ads they could though.
Three bedrooms. So even 3 couples splitting the rent 6 ways it’s $2,499.17 per person per month.
By point of comparison, my mortgage on a 3 bedroom house in Portland is $2,059.59.
