Ever since Martinelli got dropped, he refuses to just run at goal and shoot because he’s worried he’ll get dropped again and that’s terrible coaching. I hate to say it but we need Arteta to step up. I would prefer that the foundation of our game is to try and win rather than not lose. Give the players a platform where they can express themselves and have magic moments.
