    I feel sorry for the people over there who will lose their jobs because of it, but considering I literally cannot understand them half the time I call them, AI would not be all that less frustrating. I hate AI, but outsourcing call centers to countries where people have accents so heavy you can’t understand them even though they’re speaking English (over low-quality connections to boot) is ridiculous.
