I was surprised to find out that apparently the way the creator chooses to eat Buldak ramen is to cook everything as usual, but then melt some cheese with sweetcorn and then mix it through. The cheese is meant to offset the ridiculous heat.
The last time I had it, I started to use milk and cheese in it. It’s difficult to enjoy the flavour without some way to nullify the heat from it.
