Oh yeah. COVID was the worst. Some funny things came out of it, though. My grandma adopted a dog during the pandemic and I jokingly said she should name the dog Rona, short for Coronavirus. She fuckin did. The dog’s full name is Rona Jean Nelson. Nelson is the last name of the fictional black man my grandma said she was engaged to to piss off our racist extended family. The dog goes crazy if you sing to her “Roni Toni Sliced Baloney!”
