You meant that Russian POWs would get food, and thus they are surrendering. I still don’t see what that has to do with shooting North Koreans.

I remember hearing that Afghan soldiers brought goats with them on longer missions because live food doesn’t spoil. Or maybe just fewer mouths to feed with via the Russian supply lines
