Our house was built in the 80s and we have the cracks just in on bathroom that we know of. There is movement to the steps and such but it sounds like the house just shifted due to being in Colorado. Should we be worried about this and have it checked out? Thank you!
The question really is are these older cracks, or are they continuing to move?
If they are older cracks, I wouldn’t be too worried. If they are continuing to grow, then yea, then you need to have them inspected
