Have you explored your local vegan restaurant scene yet? How well is it developed?
Been a bit sucky these last few days, fighting off a bad UTI :/
I made a big pot of (German-style) chilli yesterday, it’s gonna last me for the next few days I hope. I cooked slices of Seitan in the chilli, it’s such a nice pairing!
We’ve got exactly 2 vegan-only restaurants here in Aachen: one of them is a Food-truck themed place with burgers, loaded fries etc and the other one is a classic Kebab shop. They’re both pretty good, but the Kebab shop is better imo (had their Dürüm, it was amazing!).
I haven’t gone to any non-vegan restaurants yet this month, I just haven’t figured out yet whether that’s alright under my interpretation of vegan ethics and stuff 🤷
