Not only did I play that game 40+ years ago, I played the original Dungeons & Dragons module that inspired the spin-off game. Bringing aliens and sci-fi into a sword and sandal world was inspired.
That’s awesome! Do you remember the name of the module? Interested to see how Metamorphosis Alpha ties into all this.
It was called Expedition to the Barrier Peaks. It was one of the earliest modules and was made by Gary Gygax himself. It’s part of the same series as Tomb of Horrors.
