I’m willing to bet it has been long enough that you don’t remember or you have either a really small and tight scrotum or a very large and loose one
I just wear proper fitting underwear.
Even wearing none (think wearing a quilt) it is a non-issue.

I wear boxers? I have average sized junk and I have dated a lot of guys with scrotums of similar sizes to mine.
